CHIC Wounded Bird releases

Post by BoysWillBeBoys » 02 Mar 2007, 12:30

1ères impressions rapides suite à comparaison de Real people + Tongue in Chic versions Japan VS Real People/Tongue In CHIC version Wounded Bird.

Luke I posted on the Sister Sledge re-issues, the day before disco delivery.

btw: To the original poster of this topic. I have contacted Wounded Bird beginning with when they started to re-release the CHIC albums, and they said that all the CHIC albums are digitally remastered. I guess the Sledge albums are treated in the same way.

Thanks Pocat for the info! Now all we need is the Chic box set (though I doubt that it will happen...)

Maybe they will wait until CHIC's 30th Anniversary on Atlantic/Warner?

But it's nearly now, CHIC appeared in 1977 September....

But their first record release on Atlantic was "DanceX3" on October 29th 1977.

If I'm not totally misinformed?

Anyway I think a delegation of hardcore CHIC fans should be allowed free range of the archives, and put together a box set. It's the only way it will be a good issue. 8)
