Re: Norma Jean - Hold Me Lonely Boy (final instrumental)
I totally agree with you frenchic, what a fabulous song, when I saw the tracklist of CHIC ORGANIZATION Boxset number 1 and saw that there would be this unreleased long version of this song, which in the b-side of the single "High Society" I also agree to be very short, I stayed in ecstasy,...

Re: Bernard Edwards
One of the most sensational news of recent years has been the fact that NILE RODGERS has found his incredible unreleased material (lost ark) both from his solo career and from CHIC ORGANIZATION, because in this immense material there is still a lot of Gods BERNARD EDWARDS, NILE RODGERS and TONY THOM...

Re: Un bon souvenir de mars 2015...
I think WARNER record company warned us in 2015 that the sound of the new album would be very different because they wanted an album with a more modern sound to reach a younger audience also. But in my opinion WARNER record company also intended to launch the CHIC ORGANIZATION BOXSET VOL. 2, since N...

DIANA ROSS - Upside Down & I'm Coming Out (Extended Fabmix Versions)
Unbelievable remixes of these 2 worldwide hits from CHIC ORGANIZATION. The remix of the song "Upside Down" was also used parts of the amazing remix made by TOM MOULTON, which was wonderful. DIANA ROSS - Upside Down (Extended Fabmix Version): https://youtu.be/6nTWaz3Q6ws DIANA ROSS - I'm Co...

Re: CHIC ~ I Want Your Love & Good Times Disco Purrfection Version
Excellent remixes, totally with the essence and spirit of CHIC ORGANIZATION, retaining originality in instrumental and vocals, as if these extended remixes had been made at the time of the release of these world hits and had been shelved till now.

Re: Philip Bailey "I KNOW" (1983)
I also didn't know this song, I must have listened in the radios at the time, but I didn't memorize it. Thanks for the post Electrofred, it's an extraordinary song, and as I liked it a lot, I looked for the technical credits: PHILIP BAILEY - I Know (1983) Produced by GEORGE DUKE for George Duke Ente...

Re: Philip Bailey "I KNOW" (1983)
I totally agree with you Electrofred, the music really is an excellent therapy, I was born in the early 70's, so when the CHIC started I was just a kid who really liked music (I knew CHIC's big hits, but I was just a child), when I was about 18, 20 years old I started to listen to CHIC songs that di...

Interesting would also be to listen to all the demos of this incredible album, these demos sung by the precise FONZI THORNTON. We can not forget that NILE RODGERS has these demos on the lost ark, now found from CHIC ORGANIZATION.

Re: Sister Sledge - We Are Family (40 ème anniversaire du LP)
Thank you frenchic, we now know of this incredible mistake, CHIC ORGANIZATION was a team, when it comes to a team, all members are important, and our dear and super talented LUCI MARTIN was part of this team. When she says it was not the first time they forgot to put her name on the credits, I belie...
